Suzanne Gilberg-Lenz, MD, is an author, and an expert in women’s health for multiple media outlets. She received her medical degree in 1996 from the USC School of Medicine and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at UCLA/Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Dr. Gilberg-Lenz is involved in women’s empowerment and public education. She appears frequently as an expert in women’s health and integrative medicine on TV, in print, and online. Her most recent book is MENOPAUSE BOOTCAMP: Optimize Your Health, Empower Your Self, and Flourish as You Age. (Harper Wave; October 2022)
After earning her medical degree, she wanted to expand her knowledge beyond conventional medicine.
In 2010 she graduated from California College of Ayurveda as a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist, which has genuinely expanded and informed her practice of medicine. Integrating ancient healing traditions allows her to go deeper into the study of health and healing.
As more “natural” solutions, medicines, and technologies emerge in the global marketplace, she refers to Ayurveda – the original lifestyle medicine that incorporates the mind, body, and spirit.
At Dr. Gilberg-Lenz’s practice, she’s built relationships with extraordinary people. She guides them through the different phases of their life, from adolescence to menopause, with unwavering support and care. Whether her clients seek treatment for conception, childbirth, postpartum, pregnancy, menopause, or general sexual health, she emphasizes the significance of accurate and science-backed information in their wellness journeys.
